The successful execution of this experiential marketing campaign for Afrisense Bathing Bar at Miss Earth Kenya 2024 demonstrates our ability to create impactful and engaging brand experiences. By combining creative design, digital marketing, expert knowledge, and personalized engagement, we were able to effectively showcase the product’s benefits, drive sales, and secure valuable media coverage, solidifying Afrisense Bathing Bar’s position in the market. 

 

Our Role

E&M Creative Agency was tasked with delivering a captivating experiential marketing campaign for Afrisense Bathing Bar at the prestigious Miss Earth Kenya 2024 pageant. Our objective was to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, generate sales, and create a memorable experience aligned with the pageant’s theme of environmental sustainability.

Execution 

  • Beauty Expert Consultation: Prior to the pageant, we organized a beauty boot camp for the contestants, featuring a renowned expert who provided skincare tips and advice. 
  • Custom-Built Booth: We designed and constructed a visually striking booth that showcased Afrisense Bathing Bar products and incorporated a 360-degree selfie camera for guests to capture fun moments. 
  • Brand Ambassador Engagement: Three trained brand ambassadors were stationed at the booth to offer personalized product information, engage with guests, and promote the benefits of Afrisense Bathing Bar. 
  • Interactive Experience: The booth featured a dressing table mirror, allowing guests to immerse themselves in a beauty-focused environment. 
  • Product Sampling: We offered complimentary samples of Afrisense Bathing Bar to encourage trial and generate interest. 
  • Event Coverage: Our team captured key moments of the pageant, including the crowning of the queens, to enhance our digital marketing efforts. 

Outcome 

  • Increased Brand Awareness: The experiential activation significantly boosted brand recognition among pageant attendees and online viewers. 
  • Engaged Audience: The interactive elements of the booth, combined with the engaging brand ambassadors, created a positive and memorable experience for guests. 
  • Successful Sales: The booth generated substantial sales of Afrisense Bathing Bar products, exceeding expectations.
